Massive earthquake rocks southern Iran

A 4. 7-magnitude earthquake shook the Vahdatiyeh region at 10:50 p. m. local time at a depth of 5 km, according to the Iranian Seismological Center.

The epicenter of the quake was located at 51. 11 degrees longitude and 29. 65 degrees latitude.

There have been no immediate reports of possible casualties or damages.
